1. About Pending
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pending website and online store operated from Doha, Qatar ("Pending", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Pending sells functional snacks and related products for delivery within Qatar. Orders are prepared through our kitchen partner (Snug Kitchen) and delivered on scheduled delivery windows described at checkout and in our FAQ.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Qatar) to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate name, email, phone, and delivery details.
3. Products & pricing
Product descriptions, nutrition information, and images are provided in good faith. Prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and may change without notice for future orders. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where stock is unavailable after you checkout — in which case we will refund any payment taken for the cancelled items.
4. Orders & payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is confirmed (or when we otherwise confirm the order in writing/email). Online payments are processed by our payment provider (SkipCash). You authorise us and the provider to charge the payment method you select for the order total, including any delivery fee and discounts applied at checkout.
Discount codes are subject to their own rules (expiry, minimum spend, usage limits). We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available in Qatar on the schedule shown at checkout. Same-day delivery is not offered. You must select an allowed delivery date and time slot. You are responsible for providing a complete, accessible delivery address and being available during your selected window. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, inaccessible locations, or unavailability may incur a redelivery fee or require a new order at our discretion.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided (or to a person authorised to receive it there). Title passes on delivery or when payment is completed, whichever is later under applicable Qatari law.
6. Cancellations & refunds
You may request cancellation before kitchen preparation has started by contacting us with your order number. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or unfit for consumption due to our error, contact us promptly with your order number and photos where helpful. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Allergens & dietary information
We list key ingredients and allergen information on product pages. Recipes and packing environments may involve shared equipment. If you have a severe allergy or medical dietary requirement, review labels carefully and contact us before ordering. Pending does not guarantee suitability for every dietary need.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with security, scrape content at scale without permission, submit abusive content, or use the service for unlawful purposes under Qatari law.
9. Intellectual property
Pending branding, product names, site content, and visuals are owned by Pending or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial use without prior written consent.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Qatar, Pending is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future orders and visits.
