Yes — enter a valid code in your cart. Codes may have expiry dates, minimum spends, or usage limits. Invalid or expired codes are rejected before checkout.

Use Track Order with your order number (for example PND-0042). You will also receive confirmation details after payment when email is configured.

No. Same-day delivery is not available. The earliest selectable date is the next allowed delivery day after today (Asia/Qatar), subject to the Sat–Wed schedule.

Pending delivers across Qatar, with fulfilment prepared via Snug Kitchen. Enter a complete Doha / Qatar address at checkout and stay available during your selected slot.

Delivery uses a flat fee configured in our store settings (shown at checkout). Orders may qualify for free delivery when your subtotal after discounts meets the free-delivery threshold set by the store. The exact fee for your cart is calculated at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Depending on kitchen and courier status, we may arrange a redelivery or advise on next steps. Incorrect addresses or repeated missed attempts may require a new order.
